In a phone call on Saturday evening Iran's Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araqchi briefed his Saudi counterpart Faisal bin Farhan on the latest diplomatic developments aimed at preventing an escalation of tensions in the region and ending the war imposed by the US and the Zionist regime against Iran.
Earlier on Saturday, Araghchi held separate calls with his Egyptian and Qatari counterparts.
